Fire Island Beach House

The original home's interior was dark, with low ceilings. Our renovation involved creating a lofty, light-filled living space that connects the kitchen, exterior space, and living space. To achieve this, we paid close attention to creating wide open entertainment spaces, while ensuring that private spaces were clearly delineated.

We took great care to ensure that the new forms worked seamlessly with the original roof lines and exterior walls, many of which stayed in place throughout the renovation.
