Luxe Features our Carroll Gardens Brownstone

Our Carroll Gardens Brownstone project, completed alongside Katie Lydon Interiors, was recently featured in the May/June issue of Luxe Greater New York, The Hamptons + Connecticut RED Awards Issue.

We were excited by the opportunity to restore the late-1800s brownstone to its original single-family occupancy. Our goal was to create a healthy space to support modern living while maintaining the character and proportions of the home that had survived throughout the years, within the building's existing footprint. The building envelope was enhanced with passive building techniques, while the exterior maintains all of its original 1800s character. From the garden level entertainment space to the top floor playroom, the project is full of thoughtful, creative design elements crafted with family living in mind.
