Rucha joined Ingui Architecture in 2025, after graduating with her BFA in Architectural Design from Parsons School of Design. She works on a wide range of projects, from Brooklyn townhouse retrofits to houses on Long Island.
While at Parsons, she completed her thesis under the guidance of Alison Myers, one of the leaders of the Healthy Materials Lab, on restorative housing post-war focusing on Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. She also led the university's AIAS chapter and other community-focused efforts and was awarded the Outstanding Contributions Award from the School of Constructed Environments. Prior to moving to New York City, Rucha grew up moving across East Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia.
